Former Chelsea defender Frank LeBoeuf has urged new boss Enzo Maresca to replace Mykhailo Mudryk this summer football.

Mudryk move to Stamford Bridge from Shakhtar Donetsk in his native Ukraine in January 2023 in a deal worth £88m.

But the 23-year-old winger has yet to live up to those numbers.UFABET

LeBoeuf, who played for the Blues between 1996 and 2001. Said this week: “Mudryk is no longer valuable. He is a loser and Chelsea cannot make any money from him.”

“Mudryk is so raw and he hasn’t improved under many managers. There’s no improvement.”

“Who would buy Mudryk? I wouldn’t buy him for £10m right now. In fact, I wouldn’t buy him for £1m. Why would you want to spend money on a player who doesn’t perform?” LeBoeuf continued.

“He’s here for 18 months and I know it’s been difficult for him given the situation back home in Ukraine. But given what I’ve seen, I’m really worried that Chelsea have sign a weapon in Mudryk. That doesn’t work and they’re going to have to replace him.”

“I was bought for £2m in 1996 and I thought that was a lot! Mudryk was bought for £70m or something, that was crazy!”

Mudryk has so far manage just five goals and four assists in 46 Premier League appearances for Chelsea.
